Prep Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes | Cook Time: 20-30 minutes | Total Time: ~2 hours
Ingredients:
8-10 chicken drumsticks
1 ½ Tbsp. olive oil
Dry seasonings:
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
Fresh herbs (all finely chopped):
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix dry seasonings together.
Place chicken in a large bowl or gallon zipped bag and pour olive oil over chicken.
Rub dry seasonings over chicken and coat evenly.
Rub fresh herbs over chicken and cover easily.
Marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 6.
Remove chicken 30 minutes before grilling to take the chill off the chicken.
Heat grill to around 350
Grill for 8-10 minutes per side with the lid closed (watch for flare ups), around 20- 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 (do not touch the bone when measuring temperature).
Rest for 10 minutes then enjoy!
