Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. cherry or grape tomatoes

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • ½ tsp. pepper



Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400°.

  • Cut tomatoes in half and place on baking tray.

  • Pour olive oil evenly over tomatoes to coat and season with salt and pepper. Gently toss to combine.

  • Roast for 15 minutes.

  • Remove baking sheet from oven and let sit for 1 minute.

  • Enjoy!
