
Roasted shrimp full of flavor with a tangy cocktail sauce will be one of your favorite appetizers! Try this flavorful take on traditional shrimp cocktail.
Prep Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes | Cook Time: 8-10 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour, 40 minutes
Ingredients:
2 lb. shrimp - jumbo or large (11-15 count per lb.)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
Cocktail Sauce:
½ c. ketchup
½ c. chili sauce
3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
Juice of ½ lemon
¼ tsp. Worcestershire
⅛ tsp. Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°.
Peel and de-vein shrimp and place in cookie sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and coat evenly.
Roast in oven for 8-10 minutes.
Set aside to cool and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
While shrimp are chilling in refrigerator, make the cocktail sauce - combine all ingredients together and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
