Roasted Shrimp Cocktail



Roasted shrimp full of flavor with a tangy cocktail sauce will be one of your favorite appetizers! Try this flavorful take on traditional shrimp cocktail.

Prep Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes | Cook Time: 8-10 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour, 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. shrimp - jumbo or large (11-15 count per lb.)

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

  • ½ tsp. salt

  • ½ tsp. pepper

Cocktail Sauce:

  • ½ c. ketchup

  • ½ c. chili sauce

  • 3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • ¼ tsp. Worcestershire

  • ⅛ tsp. Tabasco sauce



Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400°.

  • Peel and de-vein shrimp and place in cookie sheet.

  • Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and coat evenly.

  • Roast in oven for 8-10 minutes.

  • Set aside to cool and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  • While shrimp are chilling in refrigerator, make the cocktail sauce - combine all ingredients together and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
